The IHSAA designates Week #1 (corresponds to the week of July 4th) as a moratorium time where there are no athletic activities, including conditioning, conducted. During this seven-day period, there shall be no contact between athletes and coaches. Herron-Riverside High School observes our additional moratorium days with five separate days over the month of July prior to the start of Fall Sport initial practices.
